Authorized Wiley Partner  | An Ideal Management Retreat

BUILD TRUST. TRANSFORM CULTURE. RISE TOGETHER.

The Five Behaviors® is the result of the partnership between Wiley Workplace Learning Solutions and best-selling author Patrick Lencioni. The mission was to create a program that improves team effectiveness and productivity through the understanding and application of The Five Behaviors: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

This unique learning experience helps individuals and teams build effective work culture through communication and collaboration.

This management retreat is a transformative experience. Participants receive personalized results combined with a powerful classroom experience that ensures a positive and lasting transformation to the team dynamic.

Teams should be relatively small, from three to twelve people, to gain the most from this assessment and facilitation.  Going through this assessment and training can transform your organization. You’ll certainly discover people becoming more engaged and committed. You might also discover a few who will not find alignment and will need to be assisted out of the team.

The Eight Styles - Delivered as a Corporate Retreat or Management Series

CULTURE AT WORK

Within an organization, culture is simply “how things get done”.

Culture is the tacit social order of an organization: It shapes attitudes and behaviors in wide-ranging and durable ways. Cultural norms define what is encouraged, discouraged, accepted, or rejected within a group. When properly aligned with personal values, drives, and needs, culture can unleash tremendous amounts of energy toward a shared purpose and foster an organization’s capacity to thrive.

By integrating findings from more than 100 of the most commonly used social and behavioral models, eight styles have been defined.

Each style has advantages and disadvantages, and no style is inherently better than another. An organizational culture can be defined by the absolute and relative strengths of each of the eight and by the degree of employee agreement about which styles characterize the organization.
